“A very fun piece. I just added more graphic shapes for the light on the parts where I think the light will hit. If you are unsure about the planes of the face, the Asaro head should help, or any 3D mo”

“Just add the ground, the intense light will definitely light up the ground. Add brighter and sharper highlights to the character, darker and shaper shadows for some area, add a cast shadow base off ”

“The face angle is a bit off so I adjusted it while trying to keep the features as much as possible. The eye on the left should be more foreshorten. Now for the hair, I do think you should try to t”

“Focus on 3D shapes and then you can slowly add details in based on the established solid shapes. Personally, it didn't look like a hamster to me but that's just me. If it's really an issue for you, I ”

“I think what you have right now is pretty solid. The pants look fine to me, you just need to think of it in 3D from and space and make parts that is facing away from the light darker. For the folds, w”

“I think your darker shadows are not the main issue but the lack of lighter values, adding highlights and light on the them both makes them more readable. For texture, you can simplify the concept ”

“Breaking things down to into 3D forms and planes can help you decide where the light and shadows go, you can try to use a 3D model of an asaro head as a reference to help with the lighting on the face”

“Your rendering for hair is fine but you can always add more strands and think more about how light affects hair. Also, take note on the cast shadows that hair can have on the face. You don't have to c”

“I like the texture you have going on with the piece. However I noticed that your shadows are quite light and the lighting is quite confusing which makes the piece feel unfinished, so I decided to ”

“This is a very ambitious piece and you are juggling with a lot at the same time. I strongly recommend looking up references especially for underwater settings and illustrations. Use a 3D model for”

“I think your rendering so far is pretty good so just keep that up. Overall the anatomy for the torso is pretty good, I only elongated the abdominal part of the body because the ribcage and hips fe”

“This is such a fun and interesting scene. I think you did well with the figures and the golem's expression is pretty well captured especially the from such a challenging angle. I personally think ”

“I just added a more dramatic lighting, darkened the overall figure ( to making the overall silhouette easier to read) and more detail on the hair and also rim light ( to emphasise the moonlight's eff”

“Cant help with character design if you are specifically asking for that since we don't know much about the character you have. I just added more shadows and light based on the environment and added mo”

“You can just rest the right arm to the side or put it on the hip, mirroring the other arm. Right now your center of gravity is a bit off . This makes it looks imbalanced, which is probably why the leg”

“I tried to keep as much of her features as I can. If you are struggling with an angle of a face, I recommend looking up references or use a 3D model and pose it at the angle you are going for. Drawi”

“Focus on the overall big shapes of the figure first and figure out the 3D forms for them. For value and lighting, I usually go from top to bottom, light value range on top, darker value range on the b”

“I think this piece definitely has a lot of potential. I do recommend checking your values often and use references when you render. For the composition, I tried adding more atmospheric layers like ”

“Try pushing the shapes more, I made the shapes sharper cause you mentioned you want it to be more menacing, I think the colours you have are fine so I didn't change much but I did make the gold more ”

“I darken the figure so it gives it a more "mysterious" vibe, increased the contrast and the lighting in the background. I changed the silhouette for the scarf but I do recommend playing with the silho”

“Try to work on perspective for the water so it shows more depth. I darkened most of the trees and rock in the back and made the water the main light source so the figure would stand out and read more ”

“I tried to preserve as much of the shape language as possible, but I do recommend working on your anatomy more. I just rendered the body and hair a bit, added clearer shadows and also adjusted some pr”
