Hello ! What an amazing design ! I am not an anatomy expert at all. What I think is weird is the pose, not the body. In a fast moving vehicule manipulating tools should be easy and fast. So breaking the hand like that with the arm up is not stress free. I remove the handle and imagine the hand grabing the tool by the side. What do you think ? did it help ? PS: I also darken the background for constrast.

Had an idea of a pilot in a science fiction race Ships. I am looking for feedback to her anatomy, can't pinpoint if something is not right, I was struggling with her rised hand and arm. I would appreciate your help.
