Hey there, you can simplify the nose as sort of a wedge shape for construction. That will help get the general form and proportion as well as orientation in space down. If the wedge is too complicated, you can simplify it even further, starting from just a box shape that doesn't taper like the wedge does. Make sure that when viewing the nose flat on, especially in most anime stylizations, you can always see a little bit of the underplane of the nose.
