Hey there! Nice work here! The only things I would change are the upper and lower sections of the heart. At the top, it would look better if you showed how the knife is actually penetrating the heart. This creates a stronger sense of volume through the overlap of forms and makes the illustration feel more three-dimensional. At the bottom, I would have the heart overlap the knife and add some red fluid (I can't say the actual word because it gets censored haha). Doing so would help the image make more visual sense and reinforce the idea of the knife passing through the heart. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
