Hey there! This is something that commonly happens when someone focuses only on the character's face. It's easy to forget about the width of the shoulders, and right now your character doesn't really have any. I'd recommend widening them a bit. The ear also feels a little detached from the head. Keep in mind that the ear follows the same angle and perspective as the jawline. Once you align it with that structure, it'll feel much more naturally connected to the head. The hat isn't quite following the same orientation as the head either. The main issue is the center line, it doesn't match the head's perspective.
