Hey there! Overall, the portrait looks really good! The main thing I'd focus on is the shadows. Right now, it feels a bit inconsistent that the shadow under the neck is stronger than the shadows on the face, while the face itself only has a subtle shadow around the nose. The side plane of the face and the eye sockets should also be in shadow. Adjusting those areas will give the face much better volume and make it feel more alive. I'd also add some light to the hair so it feels more integrated with the rest of the painting. The silhouette of the hair already looks good, so I don't think it needs much adjustment there. Personally, I'm not a big fan of cropping important body parts like the hands. I'd probably show a bit more of the hand and part of the forearm, which would simply mean making the character slightly smaller within the composition.
