From what I can see you seem to know what to aim for regarding form, so I want to point out two other things: proportions and confidence. Proportions vary a lot from person to person, and depending on style choices, but it's good to practice "generic" guidelines which you can then manipulate. Pay more attention to the size and position of the parts of the body and face when drawing. Confidence is harder to explain, but basically these drawings are too small and a tad "scratchy". Try making just one or two drawings per page, and don't be afraid to draw longer lines in one motion.
