Hi there! First off, I love that you already simplified the hair into big chunks and then added small strands to break up that silhouet a little bit, but we can push it further, so that is what I did here. There were a few too many, making it look a little bit noisy, so I kept only those that help with the flow of the drawing and give it a strong shape overall, not break it up. For the facial features I went in and made the nose and mouth a little bit bigger so it better matches real life proportions and I used the same colour as the hair to bring out those eyes a little bit more!
