Hey! What a lovely character! I would definitely work a bit more on the expression of the pose, as it feels slightly stiff at the moment. Try to avoid straight lines in poses, especially in the relationship between the shoulders and the hips. It's usually more interesting if they're tilted in opposite directions. Simply tilting the shoulders and hips can immediately add more personality and movement to the pose. Likewise, avoid making the hands feel too rigid, and try to give them more expressive gestures. In character design, the way you draw the hands matters as well; it's often more interesting when they have a more dynamic pose, as it adds personality to the character. I'd also recommend avoiding too much symmetry in your designs. For example, both wings have the same size and shape. What if you made them larger and had one wing folded while the other is fully extended? This would make the character's silhouette much more interesting. Thanks for your submission! | Artwod Feedback
