Hi, I'm not familiar with this character/oc, but very curious to see what those different transformations look like! The hair has both a highlight & shadow celshading, so apply the highlights to the rest of the character as well! I just quickly painted over this one, but see how the values can carve that figure out of the background around the edges of the katana/hilt and show the volume differences in the torso and depth between the layers? I hope this is closer to what you had imagined for it, keep it up!

Kinda hard to make the hair always the same, plus the colors and shading are not popping like I imagined.

A pretty girl

This pencil drawing was done in 2020. At the time, I was in high school and couldn't draw as well as I do now. I've always been self-taught, but I still struggle with some things. A clear example is the difficulty of drawing clean lines and slightly more three-dimensional shapes. However, I'm learning gradually.

Multiple Rounding using the Projection Technique

I have practiced single rounding and multiple rounding for some time now, but I can't figure out how to use the projection technique on multiple rounding. When the rounding part using the projection technique comes, I get completely confused. I don't know if I am allowed to ask for feedback on exercises besides artwork, but I have been really struggling with this for quite some time now.

I need help with how to make the drawing interesting..I haven't finished drawing the flowers yet 🥲 crits on anatomy is welcomed too!!

So, did this for this year's Chroma Corps assignment yesterday, and as proud as I am of this piece, I really did not receive the feedback I thought I would. I know my weak point is presentation, but I have also always struggled with both perspective and colors. I feel like the alligator and capy could've been in a more dynamic angle on more intense perspective, but I have no idea how to get it done.... Any help and ressources would be so much appreciated 👏
