Hello! I really like the character, the concept is quite interesting. If your goal is to create semi-realistic characters, and especially if you'd like to work in comics or manga, it's essential to build a strong foundation in figure drawing and anatomy. You already have a good starting point, but I'd recommend focusing on refining those fundamentals before anything else. A four-legged humanoid character is a bit tricky because you also have to think about how it would move. In particular, consider the structure of the pelvis. A single pelvis wouldn't realistically support four legs, so the overall movement becomes difficult to understand. One approach would be to think of the character as having two pelvic structures, somewhat like a centaur, but without extending the lower body as far. Looking at it this way makes it much easier to solve the mechanics of supporting four legs. It could even be interesting to make the rear pelvis slightly wider than the front one to reinforce the character's stability. Building the figure with that kind of underlying structure will make the character feel much more convincing, and once the base is solid, designing the clothing becomes much easier.
