I’m trying to sketch an anime character from behind but the shoulders, head and body dont line up properly. The neck is especially throwing me off. I think my perspective and anatomy need work, using pencil for this one, any critique on what i should fix?

idk if all of it needs a fix at once, maybe center the neck under the head then match both shoulder heights so the back silhouette reads before adjusting the hips
