idk if you need weeks on one fundamental first, maybe one clearer ribcage and shoulder box pass would already make her pose read before color
I'm struggling with perspective, light/color, anatomy, line quality

You kinda listed almost every fundamental haha, but I feel that struggle. I think that the best course of action for your study is to focus on one thing at a time. So something like perspective or anatomy. Of course you can draw whatever you'd like, but I would mix in study of one fundamental for a week or two at a time rather than trying to master everything. Light and color should come last as they are informed by your draftsmanship. Getting a clear drawing with strong structure and anatomy and gesture would help the lighting come through later. Your drawing was a bit unclear of what the characters were doing so I tried out the pose with clearer lines and line weight. Really focusing on what is in front of what and keeping the proportions and anatomy in check.
idk if perspective first might help the most, maybe try marking one clear overlap on the front character before worrying about light and color.
maybe keep that one week focus, but start each study with a tiny gesture pass so the pose reads before anatomy, then leave the color test for the end.
idk if trying to fix every fundamental at once will help, maybe pick the front character and mark one clear overlap plus a small gesture line first so the pose reads before you tune the anatomy and color.
idk if light has to wait till everything else is solid, maybe put one clear light side on the cleaner pose first so you can see which forms are reading while you still study structure for a bit
