You need to find a light source so you won't struggle where to put the shadows! • Don't be afraid to use darker colors that aligns or looks good with the skin, hair etc. For example I used darker red ish brown to show more of her features and shadows • You don't need to blur everything when you're putting shadows! It would look like everything is soft and bland! • You can use references like mannequins that shows where the light, shadows from different angles! Hope this helps

Im very amateur and have been struggling with having like a good stylized coloring style for my oc which i made, i would appreciate all the help and critics to improve, i do need a lot of practice yes but if i were told exactly where and how i can improve ill be very thankful, also in particular i need help selecting colors for the lights and the darks
