That’s a difficult question to answer properly without knowing where your light source is and what the image as a whole looks like. Essentially a corset is a cylinder. So to understand how to shade it you first need to understand how to shade a cylinder. The more complex form is a modified cylinder that is stretched thin in the middle. So to shade it you first need to establish where the light is and then think about what parts of it are facing towards the light and what parts are in shadow.
