For the eyelashes, you were on the right path also ! They appear shorter in the middle because there's no "perspective", and since the eyes are "roundish", they appear longer on the sides (especially the exterior side, the more you get to the exterior, the more there's eyelashes). Very important to note is that the eyelashes started below the waterline ! (The thickness mentionned in the first feedback). You can group the eyelashes into triangles like I did, they do not all go in the same direction naturally. The eyebrow is separated in two planes, because it follows the planes of the forehead, it looks flat in the "interior", and "bends" when reaching the side plane in the exterior.
