Hello there! It's looking really good! I really like your brushwork. :) The main thing I'd recommend is adding more shadows to the clothing to better define its forms. This will help emphasize the volume and make the garment feel more three-dimensional. I'm not sure whether you used references, but since I couldn't clearly tell how the folds of the fabric were supposed to behave, I had to make an educated guess when painting the shadows. You could also lighten the background slightly to the left of the character's head so the silhouette stands out more clearly. Additionally, I'd soften the contrast in the ground shadows so they don't draw as much attention. I hope this helps!
