I’d add some more color variation to the face. Think about the color zones of the face. It usually adds more life to a portrait. Also just try experimenting with varying hues a bit in other ways. I made the dude bigger so he could fill the composition more. I also softened the edges on the left side. Softening some of your edges can help make some parts feel a bit less “in focus” and prevent the look of something being cut out and slapped on top. I’d also recommend using some more soft edges in the face. I like your design of the nose.

Hey Oscar! Good to see your stuff again :D So cool orc, bud! But I believe the ear is too bright for a rim light... Unless the lighting is just behind the ear, it'd look that way; otherwise, you need to tone down the lighting and colour there. Look for some reference and see the subsurface scattering effect on the ear; the orange or warm colours are more subtle. By doing this, you rest attention on the ear because that was another issue; it was getting more attention than the face itself. On the other hand, the rim light looks cool! :D Just don't forget to shade the edge to get a soft transition to the shadow areas :) Lastly, to avoid just having a blue-ish colour on the side of the head, you can paint a bit of orange since the orange is the ambient colour :) It would give it more colour vibrancy IMO.
