In my opinion, the character is already attractive, so I don't really have any recommendations on how to make him look more attractive... Maybe emphasizing the cheekbones a little more could help you achieve what you're going for? If you want to draw the portrait as if the camera were positioned a little higher, you need to emphasize the curves of the eyebrows and nose, making them curve downward more to put greater emphasis on the top of the head. Think in terms of simple shapes, like boxes, just as in the small example I drew on the right. Hope this helps!

I’m struggling with facial proportions. I’d like some advice on how to make his face look more attractive. Maybe I could angle the face a bit more. How can I make it look like the head is being viewed from above?
