Hey there! I hope these small adjustments help, although obviously, making corrections digitally is easier than doing so with traditional media. The person's right eye is slightly lower, which can make it look a bit misaligned. In my opinion, though, it's not a major issue that necessarily needs to be corrected. Instead, you could try defining the eyelid a little more, adding a bit more definition to the pupil, and perhaps adding a highlight shape on the right cheek. You could also define the nose a little better and remove the shadow on the neck. If the light is coming from the right side, there's no reason to paint a shadow on that side of the neck.
