It feels like the armor on your character's shoulders feel more like stickers than actual pieces of armor/metal wrapping around the shoulders and arms. So the form below the head is off.

Is there an easy way to draw a cape

I’m trying to sketch an anime character with a cape but it just looks like a flat sheet behind them. I dont really understand how the folds should react to the pose. My form and movement need work. using pencil, any advice?
