Hey, you tackled a challenging pose here. It's great to see that you did think about how the extreme angle will foreshorten some of the facial proportions. But I think what is off is the general underlying construction of the head. Your portrait sort of is a hybrid between two poses, borrowing characteristics from one another that don't work together though. Therefore I'll give two feedbacks depending on what you think is closer to the original idea. The first construction would be a less extreme angle where a lot of the frontal face plane is visible. If we assume this, then you're positioning of the sideplane of the head is off. It should sit higher and so would the ear have to be placed much higher. A good indicator to find the actual degree of tilt in a portrait is to connect a line from the brow ridge to the ear. In a level view, they will be on pretty much the same height. The lower the ear sits in comparison, the stronger the tilt upwards. So the relatively modest tilt of the frontal plane doesn't match up with where the side sits and also how much is shown of it. Smaller adjustments then would likely include moving the hairline accordingly, and perhaps adjusting the shape of the eyes, as the viewing angle from below would need for a bit of overlap of the lower lid that will cover up more of the eyeball.
