Hello hello! I think overall, you did a nice job and you're quite on point. (even though I didn't saw the reference) I will just point the nose that seems a little bit of, but it's a matter of shape and form at this point. I think what could be improved is the position of the right eye. If you mesure the position between the two you can point that there is more than just an eye distance between them which gives this strangeness in here look. I also trace some structure to give you an idea on how you could approach face and eye drawing. Having a structure even though you don't aim at draing the whole face, will definitely improve your accuracy regarding face features positions.
