Hello, I feel you already have a good grasp with volumes. It needs refining and repetition at this point. if you want to get into more specific aspect of volume I think you need to revisit the basic shapes that construct the head as a whole. Then, you will be able to easely fix the features like the nose, lips and the eyes. I redraw over your head a simplified form and I break it down on the side for you to have a better idea on how you can explore the skull as a whole. For the jaw, you have to think about the space it takes in order to open it. In your drawing it lake consistency because of the length.
