You’re on the right track! You have a good quality line, you understand form and its contours. I can also see that you have a good grasp of the fundamentals like anatomy and the Loomis method. The one advice I would give you is to pay attention to the proportions in the face. That means the proportion between the facial features. It’s important to get the shapes right but what many people forget is that proportions in the face are very very important for likeness. There is a proko video that explains it really well, maybe you can look it up. To achieve likeness, look for the proportions between forehead ( from hairline to nose bridge), nose ( from nose bridge to under the nose) and mouth/chin area (from under the nose to the end of chin). Those distances can vary from person to person. I did some drawovers to show you what i mean. For example in your drawing the woman has longer chin than the actual reference. I think if you pay more attention to that you will achieve likeness. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
