Here your chest is very nicely done but if you compare the entire figure it is overwhelmingly the biggest part compare to the length of the legs for example. What I suggest you is carefully craft your figure with simple shapes and form, drawn lightly you can form a very solid model and then jump onto a new layer (if your on photoshop or any other app. , if not try and stay as light on your first draft) Then you'll be able to add more details and more specific. I notice the perspective is fine but I wanted to induce more dynamism so I jumped for a more profound depth of field by forcing the perspective a little more. Here your character seems lost in madness and in order to create more emphazise on the madness of the character, I added a gun. It can be anything else (playing cards and so on) The idea when you start drawing would ask yourself what the character is doing at the moment we seeing him in contexte. Is he chill, he is in a rampage, is he doing a little dance. It's mostly to help you kickstart your drawing with intention and give more purpose to your character.
