I think the issue is that the facial features are too big, making the face look cartoonish. If you bring them back to realistic proportions, it should help. I did a quick sketch to show you, I hope it helps :)
by the way, this drawing is really nice, i especially like how you designed the hair.
Im looking for help w the pose, but mostly the neck/head/face I feel like her head is too small, and too big at the same tome !!! Or her facial features are too childish? I’d like her to look less anime/childish as she is a grown woman. Im thinking its maybe because she dosnt have enough forhead. But she is supposed to be somewhat smug/confidant
