Here is my idea for the pose and notes to the image: Right now SKeletor has few proportional anatomical issues that should be resolves: Size of hhands, he lost his hips, shoulder torso direction not gollowing arms. Overall I would make his pose leaning towards Conan, as it work better compositionally. Made him bigger since from what I remember he was around 2meters tall (I might be wrong) I feel that making him even more dynamic without character clashing their swords together, will push them even more apart. Hope it will give you some ideas, keep up the good work!

I did this based on two separate references, He-Man was referenced from a Conan toy figure and i´m pretty pleased with it, but Skeletor was based on a photo of a guy holding an axe, and i think he looks kind of stiff after adapting the pose to the character, would like to know how to make it more dynamic.
