Nice work on this one ! Really appreciate the face that is cute and welcoming as well as your line and it's softness. The volume are very cool as well. I decided to give few feedback on the shape mostly. The hat was looking a bit inbetween so I decided to go for the 3/4 and thus we see more of the side plane of it. I added eye pupils (not sure if you will head for this choice since it's a personal one) I decided to push the expression a little bit with her eyebrows and her head further in her shoulders to add more cuteness and "shyness". The hand are missing a bit of articulation and structure, you need more hand surface before heading to the wrist and the forearm. There is also an overlapping of the fingers that will gives you more depth and accuracy. Very nice work I can sense you enjoied creating this fan art. | Artwod Feedback
