Hello ! Love the character, and you did well considering that what tackled is a complicated subject to paint ! For the pose : I would suggest first of all reworking the anatomy to help with the pose, her torso was quite elongated, also with the fact that she is bending backward. Work in a simple mannequin, make the pose yourself in front of a mirror, use references, that will help a lot ! For the lighting : Try to identify where is the light coming from in your scene. 1) We have the fire spell behind her as a very strong backlight source, so i would darken her whole silhouette, playing the sides to be illuminated by it (like on the ball). 2) Then, for her not be fully in darkness, we imagine that this spell, plus the "general ambiant lighting", would make a softer light hitting her from the front, above her. That allows us to show some details on her figure while keeping a very dramatic setting. I hope that helps, good work, keep painting !
