Hey Luca! As always, I like to start by making sure the character has a solid base, so I decided to adjust the overall pose. The arms, especially the right forearm, were a bit too short. The legs also weren't following the same perspective as the upper body, so I adjusted the pose to fit a more consistent, neutral perspective. Your mannequin doesn't need to be highly refined, either. A simple one is more than enough, as long as the proportions are solid. Once that base was in place, it was much quicker to adjust the dwarf's clothing. Another thing that immediately caught my attention was the pipe. I really like the design, but there's one major inconsistency: the bowl is extremely long and very thin. If it's made of bronze, it would be far too heavy for the character to hold with just his lips, unless he has an incredibly strong bite! That's why, even though I like the elongated design, I'd recommend reducing it to something a bit more believable. It would probably still be fairly heavy even after making it smaller, but sometimes it's okay to bend reality a little for the sake of the fantasy. One last thing: it doesn't quite make sense for the dragon's head to emerge from the bowl of the pipe. I think it would read better if the dragon's tail originated from the bowl instead, allowing the dragon's head to occupy the space where you've currently placed the callout of the character's face. Since a 3/4-profile close-up of the face wouldn't be necessary, facial expressions take on greater importance. I think that would make the overall design feel more cohesive.
