Hair, I cant seem to draw hair nicely idk like it just doesnt make sense. Also the face, it just seems off to me
very good start!! what helps me with eyes so u know if theyre too far apart or not close enough is if you could fit a third eye in between them. invisible third eye should fit perfectly in between the two for hair id just focus on large separate chunks rather than one

Try thinking of hair as ribbons with a few single hairs thrown in. Also, the left eye is a little small and too far from the nose. I hope this helps :)
