Ngl, this piece made me excited to do a traditional piece with markers again, so first off, thank you! Secondly, I think you could improve this by doing a final lineart pass over the piece. Especially in anime, silhouettes are super strong and have to be very recognisable, so by going over those edges with a few confident smooth lines to define that edge makes a big difference in how much those shapes pop (I applied it on the hair and eyes in this case)! For the shirt I would try to make sure your fold lines are pointing towards the bumps on the shoulders. Those bumps mean that's where the fabric is resting on the shoulder and bunching up as a result. This is what we call a "tension point", and fold lines like this are always going to be going towards the tension point on which the fabric is pulling down. As far as the streaking lines in your markers go, I know the struggle... Alcoholic markers are already a step up from regular markers in that regard, but there's a few things you can try. Make sure you're always working with a wet edge, meaning you always want to layer on top of the previous line so the markers can blend better, you can also try to slow down your streaks for better coverage of the ink and if it still fails after that I think you've earned yourself a trip to the art supply shop. c: (Sometimes I hear people say you can layer them or colour over it in different directions but with a streaky marker I feel like it's too much of a risk cause you might end up making it look messier). So tread with caution, I hope this helps and keep up the good work!! :D
