I think you've got the individual parts right, but looking at the proportions and where they are exactly on the face will help a lot! c: I copied it again on the side so you can see the lines I used to draw this! When you look in the mirror, the inner corners of your eyes roughly line up with the outer corners of the mouth, that's how you can tell the eye in your original drawing was placed a little bit too much to the middle of the face. As a final tip: when you want to draw big lips like this, it's best to make everything look really soft and flowy, so I softened the shape of the top lip a little bit for a more natural feel!
