Hey there! Good sketch! The nose itself isn't bad, and I wouldn't say it looks too realistic. The main issue is that it looks a bit crooked. The nostrils are tilted instead of following the direction of the nose. I assume this is happening because you aren't fully considering the perspective and the angle of the head. From this angle, we can see a bit of the underside of the nose, and we shouldn't be able to see the character's right nostril (or right nasal wing) as clearly. Thinking of the nose as a simple elongated box will help you draw it in perspective and keep it aligned with the head. :) Also, notice how other artists simplify the nose. In this example, I only drew the bridge, the tip of the nose, and a single nostril, which creates a cleaner, more stylized look. And don't forget to keep an eye on the spacing between the eyes as well. :) Hope this helps!

is there an easy way to draw an anime boy nose
Artist's notes:
Trying to sketch an anime boy portrait and i cant figure out the nose. If i add too much it looks realistic, but if i barely add anything it just disappears. My proportions and structure probably need work. using ink here, what would you change?

for the nose maybe just a tiny soft shadow under the tip and nothing else. one small mark sitting a bit above the halfway point between eyes and chin, kinda faint. keeping the line broken instead of a full outline helped mine stop looking realistic
