idk if more folds is the fix, maybe block the torso and waist first then wrap the shirt and skirt around those shapes so the cloth sits on the body before you add detail
beginner anime school uniform drawing looks wrong

I’m trying to sketch an anime character in a school uniform but the shirt and skirt dont really sit properly on the body. I think my construction and folds need work. Using pencil, any critique on this would help
