They’re not too far off to be honest. There’s a few differences around the epicanthic folds and the bottom of the right eye is sitting slightly above your guideline. A few more guidelines will help in the beginning. I’m curious, are you drawing the eyes one at a time or working on elements at the same time? If the answer is one at a time then you should try drawing both eyes together. The key to consistency is really just practice and observation. Being mindful of what marks you’re making and how they relate to the image as a whole. It’s a pretty common mistake that we all make of getting fixated on individual details and losing sight of the bigger picture. But I wouldn’t worry too much.
