That’s a pretty good attempt. I think what might be throwing you off a bit is you’re not following your own construction lines. First thing I noticed was her nose was off centre, so I changed its position. Because you’re looking up at her, you’ll see more of the underside of her chin. I adjusted that to show what I mean. As for the hair, it’s just lacking a little in volume. Moving the silhouette of the hair away from the skull and giving it a little more shadow will help avoid it looking like it’s plastered to her head. Overall I think you’re doing pretty well.
