Try building your figure from 3D shapes first to work out you proportions. Other than that, this is a nice drawing, I hope this helps :)

I feel that the torso is too wide compared to his pelvis. And maybe the arm with the shirt is disproportionate, too short perhaps.... If you can help me, it's also my first time drawing a male body.
