Eyes are a lil bit small and side of the face is bit long. I'd like to explain but I'm not sure how to explain. The face propotions are a bit off , I'd recommend skull studies , it helps a lot. And I guess you are interested in semi realism. I also left some tips on adjusting propotions. I hope it helps

It looks odd for me, or is it? I feel like there's something wrong with it, especially the eyes or the glasses, the eyes where it's looking, it looks flat... Idk what art style I'm going for but it's realism, or manhwa type of art style (sorry for the bad grammar)

Great job here. You have most of the features correct. A little perspective practice couldn’t hurt as this perspective calls for the ear to be placed higher, which then changes the angle of the glasses a bit. As for the body, the shoulder cylinder will always align with the torso for the most part unless you are using a very twisted pose. Here i didn’t know if you intended for the character to be looking to the right thereby having the torso facing left or facing forward in the direction of the face. Either way the shoulder cylinder will give you clues on how to draw the shirt. I hope this helps give you some things to practice.
