Hopefully I don't arrive to late for the feedback. Nice point of view and nice character. Love the scepter that come almost at us, it gives depth and dynamism to the composition. Regarding your arm you need more structure in order to keep the consistency of your foreshortening forearm and hand. you can see I changed the direction of the arm (coming toward us) it was making more sence based on the perspective. (low angle) It generally means that we see more "under" the character. In the same idea, I pushed a bit the angle on the torso and I adjusted a bit the eyes and lower the ears. I showed a bit more of the under part of the nose as well. You'll see I added few direction lines for your hair. It's important to treat them as well regarding the perspective you are using. Lastly I gave the scepter a bit more depth by forcing the perspective on it. I'm not sure if your idea was to make it so it straight up, than you'll have to do adjustment. Hand than should be upper then for example and forcing the perspective on the scepter but on the 3rd point of perspective.
