Very nice nurse and her cat. I love the Kawaii aspect of it. Overall you did a great job giving volumes and perspective. I added few subtleties like a 3/4 almost profil view for the nurse and also tweaked the eyes in order for her to look straight at the cat and I wasn't sure about the expression but I draw her mouth in a more "happy" way. The only big thing here for me is the mass of the head. You have nice feature but the mass of the skull don't showcase the face. That's why I decided to give it a more 3/4 so we can elaborate the masse of thr cranium in order to bring hairs and subtleties. I also gave you some indications regarding the hair, the face rythm and the volume you can add to them I hope this feedback will help you. You did a nice work !

skin tone

I can't seem to get the skin tone right. I'd like to play around more with the shadows and highlights by mixing in a little more color—not just black and white—but I have no idea how to do that.
