Hey there! First of all, I love the style of these heads, well done! I think to get you closer towards what you're aiming for, we'd have to take a look at how the different features of the face were placed on each head. Thinking logically, these would all have to align with each other, because it's the very same face. Keeping that in mind, we can see why you noticed the faces looking different. The nose in the side-profile is way higher than the nose in the front view, etc. This doesn't make things perfect, tho. To achieve even more likeliness, you'd have to apply the same way of thinking towards the width of the face. This is much trickier because of the perspective ofc.
