Hello, the shadow seems not to be hard enough to form effective contrast with the light since the light source is a strong direct one…normally 2 value-light and shadow, or 3-4 values, light/shadow/Halftone/ambient occlusion…shadow value is closer to light value, then it is low contrast that will affect clarity..only Halftone is closer to light value, btw | Artwod Feedback
