So, i'm new to this platform but i hope you can download the full image, since i cannot for the life of me draw directly on the app XD . You don't struggle because of an issue of yours, you struggle cause the topic is super complicated! And i talk from experience, since for all my art career i thought i was just doing a mistake after another. What you just need is a pinch of clarity, something that indicates you the road ahead. So , without further do, lets go : 1) HUMAN FIGURE IS COMPLICATED AF! : but cubes, cylinders and spheres are not. So my first advice is to start from these forms, and you will be amazed at how fast you can progress. If you feel unsure, you can also take photo reference and try to draw a mannequin directly on them to get a feel about how stuff rotates. 2) anatomy is overrated. After 15 years of struggles about anatomy, i can finally say that a good form is better than a correct one ( claire wendling for me is the peak of this. Her anatomy is beautiful cause often she leaves behind the medical books and tries to convey something beautiful instead of correct.) 3) dont beat yourself up. A tiny bit is better than nothing, and from what i see you just need to put trust in the fact that the work will produce results! You're doing just fine, keep going!
