Hi there! Nice Naruto fanart...or is this a Naruto OC? Still like it. My tip to you if you aren't already studying it, is learning the Loomis head along with learning 3d forms. I drew out a rough Loomis head, and how the lines can help you place the facial features and the head proportions. Along with the Loomis head, look at and reference practice alot of heads of real people and from other artists and apply the Loomis head and observe what else you can learn from those. Sorry, no notes on lighting as thats not one of my strong suits. I hope something helps.

idk if a full loomis rebuild is the first move. maybe drop a center line and brow line on the head you already have so the eyes and nose land on the same turn, then tighten the jaw last

idk if more loomis drills are the fix yet, maybe lock one eye line and a simple light on the cheek first so the head volume reads before more construction

yeah locking the loomis ball first makes sense, maybe set the ear lower on that jaw hinge so the piercings wrap one clear head turn

maybe block the head and neck as simple shapes first, then check the ear, face, and hair against that tilt before adding more texture so the proportions stay easier to read and the light side stays clear.
