The Dragon Hunter Portfolio Builder is a step-by-step system to create portfolio-quality concept art. After mastering the complete drawing foundation in Part 1, this second phase focuses on painting and rendering to bring your designs to life. Over six weeks, you’ll polish your character sheets, props, and creature concepts with color, lighting, textures, and visual effects.

Choose Your Creative Path
Pick one of the three tracks below and follow it through the entire six weeks. By the end, you’ll have a professionally-rendered project for your concept art portfolio!
- Track 1: Design and paint a Dragon Hunter character, their iconic prop, and a unique dragon concept.
- Track 2: Illustrate a narrative scene of a Dragon Hunter sneaking up on a dragon in its natural habitat.
- Track 3: Create a gameplay mockup featuring a Dragon Hunter in a 3rd person RPG game (see examples for inspiration).
Weeks 1–2: Start with Strong Foundations
