Artwod June Challenge: 30 Days of Sketchbook Pages

Hey there, artletes! The May Challenge is officially over, and the next one is going to be extra hard.

At Artwod we really want to help you establish the habit of drawing daily, so for June we're doing exactly that. Your goal for this month's challenge is to submit 30 sketchbook pages - one for every day of June. The pages can be digital or traditional, and the subject is entirely up to you - from household objects to portraits to boxes, draw whatever you want.

One thing is important: each page needs to have at least 3 objects on it. We want to see how good you are at organising the space on the page.

Thankfully, you're not doing this one alone. THE master of perspective and composition, Rembert Montald, is taking on the challenge with you. He's also uploading his guidance to our Practice Section, available to all premium members - so you can see exactly how he approaches filling a page and organising forms at the highest level.

How to enter

Submit your sketchbook pages through the Artwod Community Hub (formerly known as the Feedback Tool). That's the only way to enter.

If you want to spread the word further, share your pages on social media with the hashtag #artwod30pages.

Only one page wins overall - but remember the goal is to build a daily sketching habit, so submit as many as you can.

You can also win by leaving the best feedback on someone else's submission. Don't sleep on the feedback prize - thoughtful critique pays.

Judging

Sketchbook pages are judged by the Artwod team on creativity and overall execution. Feedback is judged on how specific and useful it is - not how long or how nice it sounds. Medium can be anything.

June 30th. Winners announced shortly after.
