Decided to stop at the sketch phase prior to asking for assistance this time. I feel like I've got a good range of values within my color palette but I've trapped myself with another reference that has soft shadows. If you were doing a study with this would you push the lights and shadows more drastic than the ref?
I’d love to see this rendered in a campfire setting. Ref looks like it’s a Forrest setting already and would be interesting to have it be a setting around a campfire maybe telling tales…. Just a thought. Either way I definitely would add more life to the reference.
