The ear closest to us lacks clarity. Where is the back of the head vs the ear? Where is the opening of the ear exactly? Also, turn your artwork into greyscale and you’ll find that most of your values are very close. You’ll want to make sure that the different colors/parts of your artwork are different enough that they could be read easily even in black and white. You’ll especially want to make sure that your character and background are different enough in value (either make the background lighter/darker or vice versa) for it to stick out against it.
